Cisco Live 2026 in Las Vegas
Cisco Live is an annual, multi-day technical education, networking, and product announcement conference organized by Cisco Systems for IT professionals, network architects, data center engineers, and partners. For a week-long series of events and housing attendees, we took over the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Convention Center as well as the MGM Grand.
Throughout the city of Las Vegas, I directed multiple Customer Appreciation Events, VIP Partner Dinners, and Cisco department educational meetings. I managed eleven budgets ranging from $50k-$400k. Cisco Live brought in a total of 20,000 attendees!
Cisco Partner Summit is Cisco's premier, annual, invitation-only strategic event designed for its global partner ecosystem. This 3-day conference connects top Cisco executives and leadership directly with global partners to share vision, market trends, and strategy. It showcases Cisco's latest innovations across networking, cybersecurity, observability, collaboration, and artificial intelligence. It also celebrates top-performing partners globally for their achievements and collaboration.
Between four event managers, we hosted a total of 111 events. We took over the entire convention center next-door to the conference hotel, Hilton San Diego Bayfront. I managed 8 budgets that ranged from $30k-$250k, includes three partner receptions occurring simultaneously, as well as marketing and strategy meetings inside three ballrooms happening at the same time.
