The Fast-Track Cities 2024 conference was the 5th in-person global gathering of the Fast-Track Cities network, held in Paris, France, from October 13–15, 2024, to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the Paris Declaration.

For this 3-day conference, I managed the travel accommodations of all VIP and internal staff members, international shipping of swag and materials, Hospitality suites for Sponsors, food and beverage orders, registration, room setups, and AV needs.
